The Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN) basketball edged the host Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN), 33-27 in Saturday's league bout.

The Squires now possess a 12-4 record. They play next when they host North Miami for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Manchester will play a Warriors team coming off a 28-17 non-league win over Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Wabash falls to 0-15 on the campaign. The Apaches travel to Lewis Cass (Walton, IN) to play the Kings in a bout on Wednesday, January 22. The Kings go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Lewis Cass won 23-14 in their recent non-league bout against Oak Hill (Converse, IN)
