Illinois High School Basketball - Rock Falls crushes North Boone
January 19, 2022: Poplar Grove, IL 61065 Rock Falls Rockets (Rock Falls, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host North Boone Vikings (Poplar Grove, IL), 55-21 in a league bout.
With the win, Rock Falls upgrades its record to 11-10 on the season. The Rockets host Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL) to play the Royal Lions in a Big Northern bout on Sunday, January 23. The Royal Lions go into the bout with a record of 8-7.
Next up, the Vikings play the Dixon Dukes & Duchesses (Dixon, IL) in a Big Northern bout, on Thursday, January 20. North Boone will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Dukes & Duchesses go into the bout with a 20-4 record after their 39-34 non-league win over Hampshire (Hampshire, IL).
