Alaska High School Basketball - Juneau-Douglas fells Bartlett
January 19, 2023: Juneau, AK 99801 Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears (Juneau, AK) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Bartlett Golden Bears (Anchorage, AK), 64-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Juneau-Douglas upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Crimson Bears travel to West Valley (Fairbanks, AK) to play the Wolf Pack in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Wolf Pack go into the bout with a record of 10-0. West Valley won 58-27 in their recent non-league bout against Kodiak (Kodiak, AK)
Next up, the Golden Bears play the South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 20. Bartlett will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 57-33 non-league win over Palmer (Palmer, AK).
