The Hackensack Comets basketball team (Hackensack, NJ), was overwhelmed 86-50 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ)

The Ghosts now possess a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trenton Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. Eastside will confront a Tornadoes team coming off a 77-52 league win over West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ). The Tornadoes record now stands at 15-0.
