New Jersey High School Basketball - Hackensack holds off Passaic
December 17, 2022: Hackensack, NJ 07601 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ) and the visiting Passaic Indians (Passaic, NJ), saw Hackensack's basketball squad hold off Passaic by a tally of 60-56.
With the victory, Hackensack improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Central (Newark, NJ) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Sunday, December 18. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Central lost 66-46 in their recent league challenge against Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, NJ)
Next up, the Indians confront the Kearny Kardinals (Kearny, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 22. Passaic will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
