Michigan High School Basketball - Erie-Mason holds off Madison
January 19, 2023: Erie, MI 48133 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Erie-Mason Eagles (Erie, MI) and the visiting Madison Trojans (Adrian, MI), saw Erie-Mason's basketball squad hold off Madison by a tally of 46-43.
With the victory, Erie-Mason improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Richard (Riverview, MI) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Richard lost 58-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Divine Child (Dearborn, MI)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Britton Deerfield Patriots (Britton, MI) in a Lenawee County challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Madison will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 63-51 league win over Sand Creek (Sand Creek, MI).
