The Scales Mound Hornets topped the host River Ridge Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 66-48 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Hornets face the South Beloit Sobos (South Beloit, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 21. Scales Mound will attempt to move on its 19-3 season record.
