The Cypress Centurions topped the visiting Pacifica Mariners basketball team by a final score of 60-43 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Centurions face the Tustin Tillers (Tustin, CA) in a Empire game, on Saturday, January 21. Cypress will attempt to move on its 17-4 season record. The Tillers enter the game with a 5-16 record after their 35-33 league win over Kennedy (La Palma, CA).

With the defeat, Pacifica moves to 12-10 on the year. The Mariners travel to Valencia (Placentia, CA) to face the Tigers in a Empire game on Saturday, January 21. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 10-12. Valencia lost 48-20 in their recent league game against Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA)
