Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Oak Grove Eagles (San Jose, CA), 62-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Evergreen Valley upgrades its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Silver Creek (San Jose, CA) to play the Raiders in a Blossom Valley - Mt. Hamilton bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 5-11. Silver Creek lost 50-20 in their recent league bout against Pioneer (San Jose, CA)
