The Sacred Heart Academy Lions basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Interboro Buccaneers to 36 in the Lions non-league victory on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Penn Wood for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Sacred Heart Academy will battle a Patriots team coming off a 46-43 league loss to Academy Park (Sharon Hill, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-10.

The Buccaneers (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against Chichester (Boothwyn, PA). The Eagles come into the Delaware Valley contest with a 0-9 record.
