California High School Basketball - Lincoln nips Willow Glen
January 19, 2023: San Jose, CA 95125 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Lincoln Lions (San Jose, CA) and the host Willow Glen Rams (San Jose, CA), saw Lincoln's basketball squad hold off Willow Glen by a tally of 30-27.
With the victory, Lincoln improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Del Mar (San Jose, CA) to play the Dons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Dons come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Del Mar won 31-14 in their recent league challenge against Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the Rams play the Leland Chargers (San Jose, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Willow Glen will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 33-32 league win over Prospect (Saratoga, CA).
