California High School Soccer - Middle College overwhelmed by New West Charter
January 19, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90025 The crowd at Thursday's league test between the New West Charter Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Middle College Cougars (Los Angeles, CA), saw New West Charter's soccer squad triumph over Middle College by a count of 9-0.
The Eagles now hold a 14-5 record. They play next when they travel to Animo South Los Angeles for a Crosstown test on Wednesday, February 1. New West Charter will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to Larchmont Charter (West Hollywood, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Middle College drops to 1-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Horace Mann UCLA Community (Los Angeles, CA) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Monday, January 23. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-9. Horace Mann UCLA Community lost 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Magnolia Science Academy Reseda (Reseda, CA)
