The Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN) basketball crushed the visiting McGregor Mercuries (McGregor, MN), 83-44 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bombers (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Northland (Remer, MN). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Northland was trounced by Greenway (Coleraine, MN), 74-70, in a non-league test.

The Mercuries now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they host Carlton/Wrenshall for a A Section 7 test on Thursday, January 25.
