January 19, 2024: Broadalbin, NY 12025 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Scotia-Glenville Tartans (Scotia, NY) and the host Broadalbin-Perth Patriots (Broadalbin, NY), saw Scotia-Glenville's basketball squad hold off Broadalbin-Perth by a count of 61-60.
With the victory, Scotia-Glenville upgrades its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Tartans host Amsterdam (Amsterdam, NY) to play the Rams in a Section 2 Foothills challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 7-6. Amsterdam lost 55-43 in their recent league challenge against Gloversville (Gloversville, NY)
Next up, the Patriots play the South Glens Falls Bulldogs (South Glens Falls, NY) in a Section 2 Foothills challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Broadalbin-Perth will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 53-47 league loss to Hudson Falls (Hudson Falls, NY).
