Wynnewood Savages (Wynnewood, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Elmore City-Pernell Badgers (Elmore City, OK), 61-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wynnewood upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The Savages travel to Stratford (Stratford, OK) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Big 8 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Stratford lost 54-40 in their recent non-league bout against Allen (Allen, OK)
