California High School Basketball - Half Moon Bay crushes Jefferson
January 19, 2024: Daly City, CA 94014 Half Moon Bay Cougars (Half Moon Bay, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Jefferson Grizzlies (Daly City, CA), 71-45 in a league bout.
With the win, Half Moon Bay upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Cougars host Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a Peninsula - Bay bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Burlingame won 74-70 in their recent non-league bout against Sequoia (Redwood City, CA)
Next up, the Grizzlies clash with the Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) in a Peninsula - Bay bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 58-48 non-league loss to Christopher (Gilroy, CA).
