Hawaii High School Basketball - Kapolei overwhelms Waialua
January 19, 2024: Waialua, HI 96791 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Kapolei Hurricanes (Kapolei, HI) and the host Waialua Bulldogs (Waialua, HI), saw Kapolei's basketball squad wallop Waialua by a tally of 62-25.
With the victory, Kapolei improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Wai'anae (Wai'anae, HI) to confront the Seariders in a Oahu - West I challenge on Monday, January 22. The Seariders come into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Wai'anae lost 56-46 in their recent league challenge against Campbell (Ewa Beach, HI)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Campbell Sabers (Ewa Beach, HI) in a Oahu - West I challenge, on Wednesday, January 24. Waialua will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Sabers come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 56-46 league win over Wai'anae (Wai'anae, HI).
