In Friday's league outing, the Kimball Knights (Dallas, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Sunset Bison (Dallas, TX), by a margin of 93-29.

The Knights (14-11) will now prepare for their outing against Hillcrest (Dallas, TX). The Panthers go into the 5A Region II District 11 outing with a 10-12 record. In their last outing, Hillcrest smashed Molina (Dallas, TX), 84-51, in a league outing.

The Bison now own a 6-15 record. They play next when they travel to White for a 5A Region II District 11 outing on Tuesday, January 23. Sunset will clash with a Longhorns squad coming off a 58-39 league loss to South Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 18-5.
