Iowa High School Basketball - Lawton-Bronson fells Trinity Christian
January 19, 2024: Hull, IA Lawton-Bronson Eagles (Lawton, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Trinity Christian Tigers (Hull, IA), 68-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lawton-Bronson upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Eagles host Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA) to clash with the Westerners in a non-league bout on Monday, January 22. The Westerners go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Akron-Westfield won 58-36 in their recent league bout against West Sioux (Hawarden, IA)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Woodbury Central Wildcats (Moville, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. Trinity Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 3-13 record after their 53-31 non-league loss to River Valley (Correctionville, IA).
