Sylacauga Aggies (Sylacauga, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lincoln Golden Bears (Lincoln, AL), 81-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sylacauga upgrades its record to 12-10 on the season. The Aggies travel to Childersburg (Childersburg, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 11-6. Childersburg won 58-54 in their recent non-league bout against Comer (Sylacauga, AL)

Next up, the Golden Bears play the Alexandria Valley Cubs (Alexandria, AL) in a 5A Area 12 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record.
