California High School Basketball - Newbury Park overwhelmed by Thousand Oaks
January 19, 2024: Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 The Thousand Oaks Lancers basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the visiting Newbury Park Panthers to 52 in the Lancers league victory on Friday.
The Lancers now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calabasas for a Marmonte contest on Monday, January 22. Thousand Oaks will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 59-55 league win over Agoura (Agoura, CA). The Coyotes record now stands at 15-7.
The Panthers (12-11) will now prepare for their contest against Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, CA). The Lions come into the Marmonte contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, Oaks Christian was routed by Westlake (Westlake Village, CA), 63-43, in a league contest.
