January 19, 2024: Oklee, MN 56742 The Red Lake County Central Mustangs (Oklee, MN) basketball felled the visiting Win-E-Mac Patriots (Erskine, MN), 79-61 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (13-0) will now prepare for their test against Kittson Central (Hallock, MN). The Bearcats go into the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Kittson Central thwarted Roseau (Roseau, MN), 62-56, in a non-league test.
The Patriots now own a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Park Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 23. Win-E-Mac will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 67-32 non-league win over Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal (Twin Valley, MN). The Falcons record now stands at 8-7.
