Oklahoma High School Basketball - Waurika ripped by Ryan
January 19, 2024: Waurika, OK 73573 The Ryan Cowboys basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Waurika Eagles to 48 in the Cowboys league triumph on Friday.
The Cowboys now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Empire for a Southern Eight contest on Saturday, January 20. Ryan will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bray-Doyle (Bray, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-8.
The Eagles (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Healdton (Healdton, OK). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Healdton triumphed over Elmore City-Pernell (Elmore City, OK), 61-58, in a league contest.
