January 19, 2024: Salem, WI 53168 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Westosha Central Falcons (Salem, WI) and the visiting Union Grove Broncos (Union Grove, WI), saw Westosha Central's basketball squad wallop Union Grove by a tally of 89-63.
With the victory, Westosha Central improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to St. Joseph (Kenosha, WI) to confront the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 11-4. St. Joseph lost 37-34 in their recent league challenge against St. Catherine's (Racine, WI)
Next up, the Broncos confront the Waterford Wolverines (Waterford, WI) in a Southern Lakes challenge, on Monday, January 22. Union Grove will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 78-75 non-league win over Kettle Moraine Lutheran (Jackson, WI).
