New York High School Basketball - Cardinal O'Hara crushes Nichols

January 19, 2024: Buffalo, NY 14216

Cardinal O'Hara Hawks (Tonawanda, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Nichols Vikings (Buffalo, NY), 75-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Cardinal O'Hara upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Hawks host Bishop Kearney (Rochester, NY) to play the Kings in a non-league bout on Monday, January 22. The Kings go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Bishop Kearney won 73-49 in their recent non-league bout against East (Rochester, NY)

Next up, the Vikings play the Lancaster Legends (Lancaster, NY) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, January 21. Nichols will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Legends go into the bout with a 9-1 record after their 56-37 league win over Frontier (Hamburg, NY).
