Iowa High School Basketball - Treynor overwhelms Logan-Magnolia
January 19, 2024: Treynor, IA 51575 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Treynor Cardinals (Treynor, IA) and the visiting Logan-Magnolia Panthers (Logan, IA), saw Treynor's basketball squad wallop Logan-Magnolia by a tally of 57-31.
With the victory, Treynor improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Tri-Center (Neola, IA) to confront the Trojans in a Western Iowa challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 7-7. Tri-Center lost 57-31 in their recent non-league challenge against North Bend Central (North Bend, NE)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Westwood Rebels (Sloan, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 22. Logan-Magnolia will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 15-0 record after their 77-46 league win over West Monona (Onawa, IA).
