January 19, 2024: San Jose, CA 95111 The Serra Padres basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Valley Christian Warriors to 24 in the Padres league victory on Friday.
The Padres now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Ignatius College Preparatory for a contest on Tuesday, January 23. Serra will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 48-45 league loss to Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA). The Monarchs come into the contest with a 14-1 record. In their last contest, Archbishop Mitty prevailed over St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 48-45, in a league contest.
