January 2, 2023: Benton, WI 53803 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the River Ridge/Scales Mound Wildcats (Hanover, IL) and the host Benton Zephyrs (Benton, WI), saw River Ridge/Scales Mound's basketball squad wallop Benton by a tally of 66-38.
With the victory, River Ridge/Scales Mound improves its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL) to play the Warriors in a Northwest Upstate Illini - West challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-11. East Dubuque lost 57-15 in their recent non-league challenge against Orangeville (Orangeville, IL)
