Sully Buttes Chargers (Onida, SD) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lyman Raiders (Presho, SD), 45-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Sully Buttes upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Philip (Philip, SD) to play the Scotties in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Scotties come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Philip won 52-19 in their recent non-league bout against Colome (Colome, SD)

Next up, the Raiders play the Gregory Gorillas (Gregory, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Lyman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
