Illinois High School Basketball - East Peoria fells Quest Charter Academy
January 2, 2024: Peoria, IL 61604 East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Quest Charter Academy Gators (Peoria, IL), 83-67 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East Peoria upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Raiders host Metamora (Metamora, IL) to play the Redbirds in a Mid-Illini bout on Thursday, January 4. The Redbirds go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Metamora won 72-71 in their recent non-league bout against Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL)
Next up, the Gators play the Monmouth United Red Storm (Monmouth, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Quest Charter Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Red Storm go into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 58-33 league win over Galva (Galva, IL).
