Missouri High School Basketball - St. Paul Lutheran knocked off by Lexington
January 2, 2024: Lexington, MO 64067 The Lexington Minutemen basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting St. Paul Lutheran Saints to 40 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Minutemen now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Lexington will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 84-29 non-league loss to Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-8.
The Saints (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Sacred Heart (Sedalia, MO). The Gremlins enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Sacred Heart ran past Macks Creek (Macks Creek, MO), 75-31, in a non-league contest.
