Missouri High School Basketball - Orrick ripped by Lexington
December 14, 2023: Lexington, MO 64067 The Lexington Minutemen basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Orrick Bearcats to 43 in the Minutemen non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Minutemen now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wellington-Napoleon for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Lexington will battle a Tigers team coming off a 59-46 non-league loss to Penney (Hamilton, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.
The Bearcats (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Stanberry (Stanberry, MO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Stanberry was routed by Albany (Albany, MO), 46-42, in a league contest.
