The Christiansburg Blue Demons basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Cave Spring Knights to 42 in the Blue Demons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blue Demons now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salem for a River Ridge contest on Friday, January 5. Christiansburg will battle a Spartans team coming off a 58-36 non-league win over Northside (Roanoke, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 9-0.
