North Country Union Falcons (Newport, VT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Spaulding Crimson Tide (Barre, VT), 45-20 in a league bout.

With the win, North Country Union upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Falcons travel to U-32 (Montpelier, VT) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 1-4. U-32 lost 43-24 in their recent league bout against Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT)
