Washington High School Basketball - Pope John Paul II can't hold off Northwest Christian
January 2, 2024: Lacey, WA 98516 The Northwest Christian Wolverines basketball team scored 32 points and restricted the visiting Pope John Paul II Eagles to 30 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Quilcene for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9.
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Sound Christian (Tacoma, WA). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Sound Christian edged Northwest Yeshiva (Mercer Island, WA), 56-13, in a non-league contest.
