January 2, 2025: Estelline, SD The Wilmot Wolves (Wilmot, SD) basketball edged the host Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD), 52-48 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Wolves now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Leola/Frederick for a B Region 1 bout on Tuesday, January 7. Wilmot will play a Titans team coming off a 52-44 non-league loss to Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Titans record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Estelline/Hendricks falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The host Canton (Canton, SD) to play the C-Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The C-Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Canton won 59-27 in their recent non-league bout against Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD)
