South Dakota High School Basketball - Estelline/Hendricks triumphant over Langford
December 17, 2024: Estelline, SD The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD) and the visiting Langford Lions (Langford, SD), observed Estelline/Hendricks's basketball team overwhelm Langford by a score of 43-21.
The (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against DeSmet (DeSmet, SD). The Bulldogs come into the B Region 2 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, DeSmet trounced Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD), 61-29, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 20. Langford will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 49-39 league win over North Central (Eureka, SD).
