January 2, 2025: Bay St. Louis, MS 39520 Gulfport Admirals (Gulfport, MS) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Our Lady Academy Crescents (Bay St. Louis, MS), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Gulfport moves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Admirals host D'Iberville (D'Iberville, MS) to clash with the Warriors in a 7A Region 4 test on Tuesday, January 7. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-7. D'Iberville lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Hancock (Kiln, MS)
The Crescents now sport a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to George County for a non-league test on Saturday, January 4. Our Lady Academy will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 1-0 league loss to West Harrison (Gulfport, MS). The Rebels record now stands at 3-6.
