With the triumph, George County moves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Rebels host Pascagoula (Pascagoula, MS) to meet the Panthers in a 6A Region 4 match on Tuesday, January 7. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 1-9.
The Crescents now sport a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host Bay for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. Our Lady Academy will meet a Tigers team coming off a 4-4 non-league DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 7-5.
