The Governor Livingston Highlanders basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Dayton Bulldogs to 53 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Highlanders now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 22. Governor Livingston will meet a Raiders team coming off a 62-44 non-league win over New Providence (New Providence, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 3-4.

The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Madison, NJ). The Dodgers enter the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Madison ran past Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ), 68-47, in a non-league contest.
