California High School Basketball - The Nueva School overwhelms Summit Preparatory

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the The Nueva School Mavericks (San Mateo, CA) and the visiting Summit Preparatory Huskies (Redwood City, CA), saw The Nueva School's basketball squad wallop Summit Preparatory by a tally of 63-16.

With the victory, The Nueva School improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Summit Shasta (Daly City, CA) to confront the Black Bears in a Private School - North challenge on Monday, January 24. The Black Bears come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Summit Shasta won 69-35 in their recent league challenge against Pacific Bay Christian (Pacifica, CA)

Next up, the Huskies confront the Quarry Lane Cougars (Dublin, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 22. Summit Preparatory will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record.
