January 20, 2023: Maquoketa, IA 52060 The Cascade Cougars (Cascade, IA) basketball knocked off the host Maquoketa Cardinals (Maquoketa, IA), 70-59 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cougars (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Camanche (Camanche, IA). The Indians go into the River Valley test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Camanche notched a victory over Byron (Byron, IL), 64-45, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24.
