The Norwood-Norfolk Flyers basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Hermon-DeKalb Central Demons to 38 in the Flyers league triumph on Friday.

The Flyers now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Potsdam for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Norwood-Norfolk will battle a Sandstoners team coming off a 60-51 league loss to Massena (Massena, NY). The Sandstoners record now stands at 6-8.

The Demons (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Morristown Central (Morristown, NY). The Rockets enter the Section 10 West contest with a 3-8 record.
