Texas High School Basketball - Rockwall nudges Horn
January 20, 2023: Mesquite, TX 75181 In Friday's league outing, the Rockwall Yellowjackets (Rockwall, TX) basketball squad edged the host Horn Jaguars (Mesquite, TX), by a count of 36-33.
The Yellowjackets (16-10) will now prepare for their outing against Royse City (Royse City, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 6A Region II District 10 outing with a 11-13 record. In their last outing, Royse City was tipped by North Forney (Forney, TX), 62-55, in a league outing.
The Jaguars now hold a 13-14 record. They play next when they travel to Mesquite for a 6A Region II District 10 outing on Tuesday, January 24. Horn will clash with a Skeeters squad coming off a 55-39 league loss to Rockwall-Heath (Rockwall, TX). The Skeeters record now stands at 1-19.
