The Liberty Creek Wolves basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Montgomery Central Indians to 42 in the Wolves league victory on Friday.

The Wolves now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to White House for a 3A District 9 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Liberty Creek will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 69-58 league loss to Creek Wood (Charlotte, TN). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-16.

The Indians (3-16) will now prepare for their contest against Greenbrier (Greenbrier, TN). The Bobcats come into the 3A District 9 contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Greenbrier was nudged by Portland (Portland, TN), 54-52, in a league contest.
