Michigan High School Basketball - Rudyard trounces Mackinaw City
January 20, 2023: Rudyard, MI 49780 The Rudyard Bulldogs (Rudyard, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Mackinaw City Comets (Mackinaw City, MI), 76-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Brimley (Brimley, MI). The Bays go into the Eastern Upper Peninsula test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Brimley walloped Munising (Munising, MI), 55-51, in a non-league test.
The Comets now own a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Boyne Falls for a Northern Lakes test on Monday, January 23. Mackinaw City will encounter a Loggers squad coming off a 61-40 league loss to Wolverine (Wolverine, MI). The Loggers record now stands at 0-9.
