Marion Mustangs (Marion, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting White Lake Lakers (White Lake, WI), 73-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Marion upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Gresham Community (Gresham, WI) to play the Wildcats in a Central Wisconsin - North bout on Thursday, January 26. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-10.

Next up, the Lakers play the Stockbridge (Stockbridge, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. White Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record.
