January 20, 2023: Cullom, IL 60929 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Momence Momence Athletics (Momence, IL) and the host Tri-Point Chargers (Cullom, IL), saw Momence's basketball squad wallop Tri-Point by a tally of 76-34.
With the victory, Momence improves its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Momence Athletics host Manteno (Manteno, IL) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 7-12.
Next up, the Chargers play the Fisher Bunnies (Fisher, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 23. Tri-Point will attempt to improve on its 0-20 season record. The Bunnies come into the challenge with a 2-15 record after their 58-37 non-league loss to Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL).
