In Friday's league outing, the Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC) basketball squad edged the visiting Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC), by a margin of 55-53.

The Vikings (8-10) will now prepare for their outing against Blythewood (Blythewood, SC). The Bengals go into the AAAAA Region 3 outing with a 14-6 record. In their last outing, Blythewood was tipped by Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC), 43-38, in a league outing.
