Michigan High School Basketball - Wayland ripped by South Christian
January 20, 2023: Grand Rapids, MI 49315 The South Christian Sailors basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Wayland Wildcats to 54 in the Sailors league triumph on Friday.
The Sailors now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catholic Central for a Ottawa-Kent - Gold contest on Tuesday, January 24.
The Wildcats (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Ottawa Hills (Grand Rapids, MI). The Bengals enter the Ottawa-Kent - Gold contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Ottawa Hills triumphed over Arthur Hill (Saginaw, MI), 86-59, in a non-league contest.
